You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days, without stating any reasons. You must however, inform Navigarde B.V. of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement by phone or email, and may use the withdrawal form attached to the order confirmation. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you took the first consignment of goods into possession. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return of the goods. Navigarde B.V. is obliged to reimburse all payments, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days. For this repayment Navigarde B.V. will use the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction, unless something different is explicitly agreed between the two parties. Navigarde B.V. may refuse this repayment until it received the returned goods or until you provided evidence that the goods were returned, whichever of these occurs first.
Goods must be returned immediately, and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you inform Navigarde B.V. of the withdrawal from this agreement.
