If the product you ordered is in stock and your payment has been confirmed, we will ship your order with one of our partners (DHL, UPS, PostNL). Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 3:30 PM CET will be shipped the same day.
As soon as your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email, including a digital invoice. UPS will also send you a confirmation email with Track and Trace information.
Shipments within the EU are delivered within 1-3 working days.
Shipping outside the European Union
Shipments outside the EU are delivered within 3-7 working days. Non-EU orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Purchases shipped outside the EU do not include taxes or duties. Your purchase may be subject to domestic import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges. Please contact your Customs Office to request details of these charges.
